Rovio has now indicated that they are indeed working on a version of Angry Birds Space for the Windows Phone platform!
A company representative had earlier said that they had no plans to launch a WP version in the future.
Apparently, it takes a bit too much effort to port games from other platforms to WP and since the platform is not very popular, it made little sense for them.
However, with Microsoft and Nokia spending millions of dollars in marketing this platform around the world? Rovio seems to have changed their mind. Or they just miscommunicated earlier with the media!
We just hope that Microsoft was not forced to lure Rovio with financial incentives to change their mind about their alleged decision!
